On May 3, 2016, I delivered my inaugural lecture at the University of Oxford Department of Computer Science, entitled “Quantum Law: First Principles for Governance in the Digital Age”. I was flattered the lecture was well-attended by faculty, graduate students and outside visitors.
I am pleased to share that I have been offered, and have accepted, a two-year appointment as a Visiting Fellow at Kellogg College at the University of Oxford.
