Functional, Useful Content

Unlike written course outlines or extensive three-ring notebooks, my RitterMaps and course materials are digitally presented and immediately functional and useful. The goal in every course is to arm the professionals investing their time in the learning with the weapons and tools they can immediately use to do their job. So, why not teach them using those tools?

Over the last four years, I have developed and successfully tested teaching methods that work differently. Why? Because my approach allows students to use as tools what they have learned with—Dr. Allison Rosett, a national leader in education effectiveness, calls these “sidekicks”—tools that connect your learning to doing your job.

Time and again, students walk out of their learning experience with me and immediately begin using the very maps and tools that were employed in the course—with their colleagues, clients and—yes, it’s true—their adversaries!

In many courses, you also receive digital practice tools—electronic questionnaires, checklists, spreadsheets, and model documents—all of which reflect the course content and can be immediately employed in everyday situations.
