Rules-based Design
Information governance requires us to identify and apply rules—legal rules, technology rules and business rules. Until now, there were no resources that actually pull all of the rules together so that you can learn and see the full picture.
All of my training content reflects extensive research into the rules by which information is to be created and governed in the 21st century. Rather than just list the rules, I organize and design the learning experience so you can see how all of the rules—technology rules, business rules and legal rules—interact and work together.
This approach enables you—whether you are a lawyer, executive or IT manager—to ask better questions and demand better answers.
I teach you, and all of the members of your team, how to identify and keep track of those rules. Using my methods and tools, you will learn how to rely on those rules in evaluating existing systems, as well as creating design templates for new solutions to be proposed or implemented.
The result is a much richer, more meaningful learning experience—you can actually use the maps you explore in your lessons to communicate with your clients and colleagues (and even those on the other side of the table!).
