In the next few days, the digital doors will be opening on The Ritter Academy. This event is a celebration of outstanding teamwork, with professionals that share my passion to build trust in digital information. Our objective is simple: by creating unique, innovative and designed learning for all of the professionals that must manage digital information as evidence, we can create better awareness of the value of rules-based design, and accelerate the velocity with which we all proceed to build reliability and integrity into the most important digital records—those that serve as evidence to prove the truth. Legal researchers, video producers, e-learning experts, web developers, open source coders, voice talent, proof-readers—all have collaborated to produce something that may make a real difference.
There will be other postings on how the Academy is designed, our features and our goals, but before anything else is said, I wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude to those who have worked so hard, and been so patient with my drive to achieve excellence. As we move ahead, I welcome the comments, suggestions, criticisms and contributions of anyone that shares our passion for building trust, our commitment to delivering innovation in professional learning, and our belief that visual-based mapping will enable all of us to navigate the complexity and find the path forward toward the horizon of increased trust in digital information.
We will not formally open the doors until we are ready, but I am counting down the punchlist and the remaining corrective items until I can truly say, “Welcome to the Ritter Academy.”
